Full time, permanent role for an office administrator. Salary from £18,000 per annum. Previous experience in financial services (including investments and pensions) vital.

The Role

  • Working and assisting a team based in Falkirk.
  • You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office.
  • Dealing with existing and new business
  • Undertaking product research
  • Preparing for client meetings
  • Issuing and scanning correspondence

The Candidate

  • You must have excellent attention to detail
  • You must be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You must be organised
  • You must be reliable
